Fernando Summers has been CEO of Bolsa Social since October 2023.
Recently incorporated, he takes the reins of the investment platform of
Equity and Lending in impact start-ups through crowdfunding campaigns and
other vehicles for impact investors and Business Angels.
He previously served as CEO of Rastreator.com for seven years (2016-
23) as well as its President, after having been product director
the previous 5 years (2011-16), where his responsibility consisted of promoting and
coordinate the development of the brand's different products and the search and
exploitation of new lines of business with great success. Under his responsibility
launched the new verticals of telephony, finance, energy, travel, cars, etc., which
led Rastreator.com to position itself as a total comparator; I also know
was in charge of the development of other insurance and the improvement of the products offered by the
comparator within the insurance branch
Summers has extensive and solid experience of more than 20 years in the
financial and insurance sector. In addition, he previously held various positions
of responsibility at BBVA bank, as Director of Digital Marketing and
Responsible for Knowledge and Innovation Management.
He has extensive experience as a teacher in the field of Digital Marketing in
the ESDEN Business School, the School of Industrial Organization and
the Polytechnic University as a professor of the Master In Business Entrepreneurship.
Fernando Summers has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the
Carlos III University and has a Master's Degree in Insurance Specialist from the
BBVA School of Finance as well as a PDG from IESE
JOSÉ MONCADA
| Board President and Founder
José has worked in financial policy at the Public Treasury (Madrid), the European Commission (Brussels) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA, Paris). In 2014 Jose sets up Bolsa Social (the Social Exchange) as the metting point for social impact enterprises and impact investors. Former Spanish State Civil Manager, since 2014 teaches EU Sustainable Finance at the University of La Sorbonne (Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne). José also leads the impact fund Bolsa Social Impacto, EuSEF, co-managed with Afi. The fund and the platform are two separated and independent entities.
MARTA ABBAD - JAIME DE ARAGÓN
| COO
Graduate in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and Technical Specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Observatory).
After several years dedicated to managing projects in the energy sector in Central America, she has specialized in cultural and social consulting. She is passionate about the formulation and management of projects in environmental and social contexts.
She collaborates with different non-profit entities in international cooperation and fundraising.
EDUARDO BELLOSILLO
| Crowdlending Business Development Manager
After more than 15 years of experience in corporate banking, he decides to dedicate himself to his true passion: helping companies.
For the last 5 years, he has been commercial manager in two fintech companies, both for long-term financing (crowdlending + investment fund), and for short-term financing (factoring and supplier chains).
In addition, he is developing a personal green building project.
IGNACIO GARICANO
| Equity Crowdfunding Analyst
Ignacio studied a dual degree in Business and International Relations at IE University, and has over a year of experience in the banking sector. In 2019, he founded a company aiming to tackle environmental and sustainability issues. His motivation now comes from bringing investors and startups together. Ignacio is currently taking his master studies on Stock Exchanges and Financial Markets at IEB.
INÉS ROVIRALTA
| Investor Relations Manager
Graduated in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF (University College of Financial Studies) and with a Master's Degree in Business Consulting from the Carlos III University of Madrid. Before joining Bolsa Social in 2023, Inés was a junior Customer Experience consultant at Ernst & Young, and later a Strategy and Operations consultant at Deloitte Spain. Participating in numerous transformation and efficiency projects. His motivation arises from contributing to an environment of entrepreneurship and impact investments.
Natalia Velasco
| Project Manager
Master in Development Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Natalia was
Internal Auditor at Banco Santander for more than 4 years and at the same time obtained up to
level 2 of the CFA certification. She has collaborated on numerous projects with
non-profit organizations in Ethiopia, Croatia, Ivory Coast, California and
Mexico that have fostered her interest in project management and investment
impact.
JUAN JOSÉ NAVARRO
| Administration and Operations Technician
Graduated in Economics from the UCM (Complutense University of Madrid) and with an MBA from ThePower Business School. He has a long history in different sectors and companies such as Alter Technology, Amrest, etc. Before joining the Bolsa Social team in 2023, his motivation is to work hand in hand to create a positive impact on society.

MIKEL GARCÍA PRIETO
With a formal background in Industrial Engineering, Mikel has been linked with Triodos Bank since it was founded in Spain. He has worked as their Risks Deputy Director, Institutional and Companies Banking Director, Corporative Banking Director and Zone Director in Madrid. He is also a member of the International Direction Board of Triodos Bank and the President of the Directive Board in Spain.
PABLO ALONSO AJA
President and founder, since 2001, of the financial advice brand Eurocapital Advisors. He collaborates with some NGO's that promote financial education and social entrepreneurship in Spain and LATAM. He has held different responsibilities in international private banking in Banco Santander in Miami and New York, and Instituto Bancario Sao Pauolo en Madrid. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense and an MBA from the Bocconi Bussiness School of Milan.
EMILIO YBARRA
He is the founder and CEO of Kemet Corner, a strategic consulting company, specialized in reputation, communications, institutional, and public relations. He is also an Advisor in some listed companies. More than 20 years of experience in media, most of them in Vocento, where he held some positions in management, marketing and sales areas. During his last experience working with this group, he worked as their CCO and PRO.
MERCEDES VALCÁRCEL
General Director of the Generation Spain Foundation, member of the expert forum of the Santa Lucía Institute and professor at the Camilo José Cela University and the UNED. She has a doctorate in business sciences and a recognized authority in the field of impact investment and social entrepreneurship in Spain. She has been a member of the GECES group of the European Commission.
LUIS CAMILLERI
25 years of experience on venture capital (Managing Director on Advent International, Director at Dresdner KB and Iberfomento). Luis collaborates with several social entrepreneurship initiatives.
PEDRO CORRAL VILLATE
Co-founder of Onpublico.com and Datosmacro.com. IT Consultant with 25 years of experience in internet related projects. Pedro worked at Vocento´s Media Group as the Director of internet technology and has launched several on-line projects.
